ThriveTogether Signature Package

This is the 6 month package for you to make huge strides in your health and well-being during the early years postpartum.

This is the package for you if you want transformational results, but don't need quite as much guidance. This package takes into account the goals that you have for both you and your child because in order to transform how you feel as a mother, both need to be addressed. 

This package includes: 

  • My ThriveTogether Method tailored to the individual needs of you and your child
  • 2 x 90 minute initial consults to learn all about you, your child, and your health goals 
  • 15-minute check-in 1 week after your 2nd consult 
  • 5 x monthly 1 hour follow-ups 
  • Up to 2x 30 minute lab analysis consults 
  • Up to 5x15 minute phone check-ins 
  • Private portal messaging to ask clarifying questions
  • 1 Dutch hormone test sent to your door

Hi! My name is Dr. Kate Purvis, and I am so excited that you're here!

I am a mom of 2 amazing boys, an avid reader, and lover of travel and the ocean.  

I am also a Naturopathic Doctor, IBCLC, and holistic sleep coach.  I am the founder of Whole Health Baby, and doctor behind the ThriveTogether Method.  

As a business owner myself, I recognize the importance of health and wellness to business success.  

I am obsessed with raising healthy and happy kids, and mom's health and wellness is so important while raising healthy and happy kids.  

Through my own experience as a mom and the experience of working with hundreds of moms just like you in private practice, I have developed a method that blends naturopathic medicine and holistic sleep coaching methods to allow the entire family to thrive.
